It could mean that she thinks your cute and she and her friend are talking about how cute you are, and when you look at her she looks away because she knows she got caught looking at you, or it could mean that you remind her of someone else she knows, or it could mean that you have a tear in your pants and she's whispering about it to her friend....it really is hard to say, because it could mean just about anything!

it can me either she really likes you but she's nervous and doesn't know what to do. It could also mean she's saying something about you. But it might not be a bad thing. There is also the chance that she is going to break up with you but doesn't know how to break it to you so she's asking her friend.
