Can anyone tell me what stores I can find hair mascara? or fake hair dye for highlight?

You should be able to find a temporary hair color or dye anywhere they sell hair products...At Wal Mart, Wal greens, and ect.

You should be able to buy it anywhere just be carefully depending on your hair color and what is in the color you are going to use could be permanent.
