Found it,

Get it from Drivermagic. Scaned it, no viruses, using Computer Associates, antivirus from SBCYahoo.
The fashioncam21.zip file includes 15 files including setup.exe




I also listed driverguide, but you have to register at that site first.
I didnt check that file.
