It depends on your religion. In most orthodox religions it is illegal to have any premarital sex at all, doesn't matter what age you are. Fornication at any age is a sin in Christianity for example. Same with most other popular religions like I said.

yeah, its fornication if you have sex when your not married, if your married and you have sex outside the marriage, its called adultry, back in the day they would stone you to death for doing this stuff. But they spit on you at school if you dont. your choice.
