I mean like just for fun, nothing too serious. You kind of like this person, and they're your boyfriend or girlfriend or whatever... I guess. And would anybody be interested? *devil smile*

I mean I don't have time for this sort of thing (my friend wanted me to ask "and would anyody be interested") and the whole entire question- as some of you know I'm still hurting over what I just asked about a few minutes ago- just to clear up any confusion. I tried to tell her it's stupid but she wanted me to ask so...

When i was much younger and just discovering the internet (i guess mid-late 90s) I had an internet boyfriend. It was cute at the time and safe (I didn't really say anything too personal), but it gets frustrating if you feel a connection and you know you can't meet them and that it would be much different in real life anyway. I think you should just stick to real-life guys, honestly. An internet boyfriend is overall a waste of time IMO. I didn't plan for my "internet boyfriend" but I was like 13 at the time... it was sweet looking back on it but it's not really realistic for most people i think.

Do you know this person? i mean like have you ever met him before? if you haven't then i suggest to cut off all ties. i mean you can't trust someone random like that...its too risky. and besides don't you have friends out in the real world where you live in? if you do... then forget about this disguised cyber hacker or child manipulator and go for someone real and have fun. Be safe.

Hmm, yes, I think. I've never had an over-the-Internet relationship but a friend of mine seemed to and I think it's a healthy thing if you don't get too obsessed with it...just like anything else, really.
