Communion has several meanings within Christianity. It can refer to:
1. Communion (Christian), the relationship between Christians as individuals or Churches
2. The Communion of Saints, a doctrine of Christianity mentioned in the Apostles' Creed
3. A group of related Christian churches or denominations
4. The Eucharist, the rite that Christians perform in fulfillment of Jesus' instruction to do in memory of him what he did at his Last Supper
5. The Communion rite, that part of the Eucharistic rite in which the consecrated bread and wine are distributed to participants
6. Communion (chant), the Gregorian chant that accompanies this rite

Pretty good.
Actually, many who emphasize baptism are not called Baptists. There are Mennonites (Mennonite Brethren, for instance, are a modern evangelical and baptistic denomination), and Pentecostals. Well, other churches also emphasize what they call Baptism, but I presume your are talking about adult Baptism , by immersion.

Yes - as Christ intended it, communicants should hold this in common, the body and blood of Jesus. The difficulty comes when you capitalize communist which moves beyond a political ideology into a political policy/government.
