I know I am not fat, but I do feel I could lose a few. oes anyone know a safe and easy way to do this. Here are my details.....I am 13...5'7.....130lbs....i jsut wanna lose some then tone myself up...im sick of feeling embarressed when my shirt is off!

Eat whatever you want but decrease the quantity. Try drinking fluids more this helps u reduce fat. Walk for about 2 miles atleast. dont eat directly after working out (this makes your absorb more fat from the food than usual). Try working on the part you wish to reduce. But walking or running is the best.

Your BMI is 20.4, which would mean "normal".

However it depends on your body type and especially if your body frame is small it might feel like "fat".

I don't think you would run any risk losing 10 lbs and it's a good thing to lose some and then tone up.

Try running and eat a little less every day. Also try sports like swimming that burns a lot and helps you giving shape to your growing body. Do not lift weight till you are 16-17.

You say you are not fat but you don't like your shape. Maybe that is your natural body shape. Basically there are 3 and it is hard to change what Mother Nature gave you. If it is your body shape you are probably a social person. If you lose weight you will look sickly.If it really is being overweight cut down on junk food and drinks. If you do weightlifting you will turn fat into muscle. You might still look pear shaped but you will be hard bellied.

Stop planning and start doing.
