The frustrating thing is that you can't pick one spot on your body to lose weight. If you build up the muscles in your stomach by doing weight training and sit-ups/crunches, then you will have strong ab muscles and you can tone your stomach. The best way to then get rid of the fat is to simply diet and stay on a healthy eating routine. Cardio is also an excellent way to burn calories and loose weight.
Best wishes and Happy New Year!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Yes, you have muscles behind the fat which are two different things. It sounds like your ab muscles are developing but you need to lose the fat. So I would say start by drinking 1/2 gallon to a whole gallon each day, walk briskly for 35 to 40 minutes each day and just do calisthenics until you're sweating. Sweating is a must.

Eat nourishing and not junk food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate ur message system from stomach to the brain so that u stop eating as soon as u feel full. Take plenty of regular light exercises and go for brisk walks. All unseemly spots will loose inches with pleasure in a reasonable time.

It doesn't happen overnight. You have to keep working hard. I recommend doing cardio everyday. Doing crunches just helps tone your muscles, but to get rid of fat, you have to burn calories, and a good way to do that is get your heart rate up and pumping. Don't give up, and keep doing your crunches, but add some cardio too. And make sure you drink lots of water, and eat healthy! good luck

Do leg lifts and or bicycles...to me those are the best abdominal exercises. Just remember to keep doing them and don't expect results immediately. Also do some other form of exercising such as running to try and burn away the fat.
Happy New Year!

if i were you i'd be gentle with the mathes as you may break wind during he fat burning process and melt your little whiskers and leave a foul aroma in the air which is bad for digestion and it you may lose the people that u love doing these soted stunts, plz be safe and know that this is normal although too much fat in your diet is substantialy negative to the F(n)Arteries, good luck and god bless

What are you eating? Eat what the Japanese eat, soups, fish, and run. Dont look for overnigt results , thats a pipe dream. Even shadow boxing for 30 minutes will help.
