ok, well me and this guy i know have a thing for each other. a really big thing. but there's a problem. he'll be 18 in like 2 months, and i'm only 13, and he's leaving for college really soon, like actually, i think he already left, but i haven't been able to get a hold of him. is it wrong for us to, like, like each other, and is it stupid for me to hold my breath for two years and to wait for him to come back from college? because i mean, we really like each other, well i really like him, but he has like cheated on girls before, and i just want to think that he won't do that with me and i'm just really... confused and scared. so i guess my question is, is it wrong for us to like each other, should i wait for him, and how do i know if a guy really likes me, and if they aren't loyal and if they are cheating on me. oh! and plus, like when he officially turns 18 is he gonna get busted for being a pedifile even if we aren't having sex?

Honestly I think you're better off to move on. You're only 13 and have the rest of your life ahead of you. There's plenty more fish in the sea!! Remember that!
This probably isn't what you wanted to hear and I'm no trying to affend you. He is 18 and will be looking for more in a relationship than you could give him. You're too young for him.
Then again after saying that it's not unusual for this sort of thing to work out.
As for him being a pedafile I doubt it if nothing happened between the two of you.
Also with the cheating thing, once a cheater always a cheater. He isn't ready to settle down yet obviously and is still playing the field. He will be loyal when it suits him.

To answer your question, you are not wrong for liking him. Second, he's going off to college and is almost 18. Don't wait for him. You are 13 and still have your teenage years to date. Don't lose it waiting. You have some growing up to do and have plenty of time to find out what you like in a male. You said he has cheated on other girls. What makes you think he will stay loyal to you? Seriously, don't wait for him to come back. Why do you think you can't get a hold of him?
