a boy you like asks you out and says "think about it and tell me 2marow" and when its tomarro he ask you for your answer and you say "yes" and then he said "thats not what i want?" and tells me to think about it more? why did he ask me out to begin with?

well we went out then broke up. we been talking for like every day for little less then a month and he told me he loved me but did and didnt want to go out wit me. then today (new years) at 12:00 he asked.

hes joking. he doesnt really like you. if hes you total opposite then it definitely is a joke. because there is this guy in my class and he is preppy and he asked out one of my friend and she is like emo/punk and it was a total. when she told me i immediately thought it was a joke. that guy would NEVER ask out a girl like that. there are cruel people like that who toy with peoples feeling. they dont know that it hurts so much because its like why did you do it to me? im i that ugly or dorky or clumsy. their confidence will collapse. like every guy in my class last year would call me emo. they just the most innocent person and turned it into a whole joke. to make fun of me. it hear they would call me miss little emo princess. and they would like say dont you feel like cutting you wrists? and then make a cutting motion and their wrists. next time her asks you out then say "well if yes was the wrong answer then i'll say NO!" say it angry. he knows that girls are mushy with be asked out. the same guy that asked my friend out said to my other friend "I love you" and he said it a lot and kept touching her arm or anywhere. i dont think he dares do it to me because he saw that i knew he was joking with my friends. and after wards what you should do is give the guy that asked you out no respect. and tell all they girls you can about what happened to you then i guarantee he wont have a girlfriend for a year or two because girl likes a guy like that? :)

First of all how can you say yes to a question --when you didn't even know what the question was ? -- you need to be stright up & ask him just what it is your suppose to be thinking about ,so that you can give him an honest answer.

Maybe thinks it's too good to be true. Maybe he wants more of an honest answer. You could try to tell him why you said yes.

he might have wanted you to do something cute...like write him a sweet little note....or something...personally i think he should be glad that you said yes....he could have asked you out kind of as a challenge to himself...and now that you said yes he can't accept it because it could be too good to be true for him....i dunno...that's just a theory
