I downloaded a movie that looks bad, are there any softwares that i can download to make the picture look wel?

i need something that i can make the movie look decent

There's not really much you can do. If it was encoded in a low resolution and high compression the little bits that would actually make the picture better are pretty much gone.

It's possible that your movie viewing program is not rendering the picture at it's fullest and you may need to try using a different program like VLC. Otherwise you're pretty much stuck with what you got.

no there are no softwares i know that can make a movie look well. since it is a downloaded one. just try to download a high resolution video
