If you are friends and if they are involved with someone else, then no... telling them will only complicate things, from my experience anyway. But if they are single, and you would like to give it a chance, then of course you should tell them. Would you rather know if the feelings are mutual? or just always wonder if they were?

U should because if u do then maybe comething can happen if u dont then u always wonder what if u tell the person before. just go for it and dont look back. good luck and have a happy new year.

Tell 'em bout it..............dun delay it or else u will miss dis good opportunity n' never have a great chance 2get it back. Probably it'll feel very regret that u didn't say it out to her/him. The more u delay d more d opportunity willl faded away.

NONONONNONONONONON!!!!! dont tell them you like them no matter what the other people say. how weird would it be if someone comes up to you and says i like you. you would that "freako". now-a-days there are guys and girls who randomly so up to people and say i love you will you go out with me? so what you should do is ask them out and give them a present along with it to tell them that you are serious. dont get something big. just a small one. :)

Well, yeah. You need to go for what you want and get in the habit of it, you know? And you need to tell them so you won't EXPLODE! lol. Feelings are something that grow so it won't stop unless you say something.

well if you like them you should tell them other wise it would just keep you wondering oh what if she/he likes me back what if..and then if you do tell them and they dont tell you they'll probably ignore you at first but i suggest you tell him/her
