You need to find a voice teacher, but one that specializes in the style of music your band will be singing/performing. Even if your teacher begins training you classically (which is actually a good idea, so you have a foundation of good vocal habits to build off of), you want someone who can then transition into the more rock/country/r+b/whatever style you're going for.
Post that you're looking for a voice teacher of ______ style on your city's craigslist.org page and see what results you get.

Stage fright will always be there but it's a HUGE rush. Learn to enjoy the rush. Take voice less ons...it's very important to learn to sing right so that you don't damage your vocal cords. It's also important to learn to breath right and lesions will help that. Timing is also a very difficult part of singing and lessons should also help with that.
Other then that, never drink anything really hot or really cold before or during a show.....room temperature only.

More beer. Just kidding. You could actually look up a singing teacher in the yellow pages and take a few singing lessons. I mean people take guitar or piano lessons.
The ones I have seen at karaoke, ( who didn't do it the 'beer' way) that were really good did take singing lessons when they were young.
There are some tricks to voice control, etc. that it would really help to learn, anyway! Have fun and good luck.

My old high school teacher told me to fake it till you make it.Pick some one you admire and pretend to be them and emulate that sound.
I did and I did.
Full college scholarship on voice alone, sang with well know artist...
I was a professional singer until I started my family.
This really works
