before and after Chianti Ruffino or Antinori ( Florence)...
only red Wines...
and for woman : sweet and sparklin red Wine: Bonarda or Bracchetto of Acqui Terme ( Turin ).

What part of Chicago? I used to work at the University of Chicago (south side) for Dr. Edwin L. Kaplan, Professor of Surgery - specialized in Endocrine surgery, you know - thyroid, parathyroid, etc. God, that was a great job!
