It is currently offered by a couple of dealers. I don't think it will sell well in US though with the asking price. I was appalled to see prices of $29,000 for it when in England you can get them a lot cheaper. I hope they do sell but the price should be cut in half for US market.
Use the website I have added then build and price your own. I did it will every option and saw the final price. You may want to sit down when you do it though. Then the next website I have below is for up to date currency converter. You can see what it costs. Just remember the basic price is MSRP (manufacturers suggested retail price) the car didn't cost that much.

I believe it will be pretty soon, like 2008. It has been a sales success in Canada, and the USA will be the 37th country in the world to sell the little fuel save.
