he like to play with moving things he can lay his paws on like bugs etc
but the most probamatic thing is he like to fish out toads in my pond and eat them.
after which he will vomit everything out
he neva seems to learn from his lessons

The only suggestion is a harsh one.

When I was a child, the family dog killed chickens.

My parents tied one of the dead chickens to him and let it rot.

He didn't kill any more of them.

I'm not quite sure that is entirely humane, but maybe something with the scent of the frog in a way that really gets on his nerves, and make him hate the smell of them.

I would go to a vet and ask for advice because this cannot be healthy for your lab! I mean his need to play with these kind of things and experiment with this kind of thing is totally normal but I don't know if actually eating the toad is.

That is not a good habit to have-some toads can be poisionous. I hope you discuss this with your vet. My neighbors raise labs and they eat our goats-big problem, I think they don't get fed enough.

Keep him on a leash and don't let him into the pond! All toads are poisonous.
