God the Holy Spirit inspired the apostles to write the Gospels which became the Bible. Jesus gave the Traditions that have been handed down to us for 2000 years. These include the Sacraments as you say. Jesus did not write them.
He instructed by example to the Apostles and they in turn handed it down to others. This line that Jesus began has never been broken. This Sacrament is called Holy Orders.

You must mean that the seven sacraments of the Catholic Church were INSTITUTED by Jesus Christ to give grace.
Of course, Jesus himself was baptized by the forerunner, his cousin, John the Baptizer. Jesus went on to specifiy baptism as necessary for salvation, and to command his apostles to teach and baptize all nations.
That's #1.
Jesus instituted the sacrament of holy communion at the Last Supper, and at the same time he instituted the sacrament of holy orders, which created the new testament ministerial and sacrificial priesthood.
That's #2 & #3.
According to his anointing as the Son of God, Jesus often healed, hence he instituted the sacrament of anointing of the sick.
That's #4.
When he rose from the dead and gave his apostles the power to forgive sins, he instituted the sacrament of reconciliation, much to the chagrin of modern day Protestants, who conveniently ignore the plain text of scripture in that regard.
That's #5.
Of course, Jesus showed his high regard for the sacrament of matrimony by his attendance at Cana, and later, when he rejected the concept of divorce, and took the church as his own bride.
That's #6.
And when Jesus sent the promised Holy Spirit to the apostles at Pentecost, to CONFIRM their faith, he instituted the sacrament of Confirmation.
That's #7.
Yep. You're right!
Jesus did personally institute 7 sacraments, which are outward signs that dispense God's grace to all those who worthily receive them.
The true church has always known and practiced this, since the earliest days.
Protestants still don't quite get it, though. Maybe in another thousand years or so.

If you believe as they claim that when the priests pray for the host during the Mass, and say "corpus Christi" it really turned to the flesh and blood of Jesus, why would it be too difficult to force Jesus to come down and write the sacrament Himself. They must have a proof of everything, you know. So before we can prove it otherwise, let them have the benefit of the doubt, I guess.

That is false. There are no currently known writings by Jesus Christ. Also, the church of Christ differs so much from today's Catholic churches that I bet the sacrament Christ instituted compared with the Catholic sacraments will offer no similarities at all.

375 AD - The use of images was introduced along with the veneration of saints and angels. the catholic church just borrowed all the images of the pagans and made them into "Christian" symbols (idols).
394 AD - "Mass" was forced as THE method for salvation.
593 AD - Purgatory was introduced. No other religious doctrine produced as much money for the catholic coffers then the teaching about "purgatory".
850 AD - Holy water was introduced as having special powers of healing and cleansing.
1979 AD - Celibacy of priesthood was made mandatory. Before then, most members of clergy were married.
1090 AD - The rosary was adopted as a method of praying - it was borrowed from the pagans. The Hindus and the Buddhists also have rosary beads.
1190 AD - Sale of indulgences (paying a priest for your sins in money) began. It allowed people to pre-pay for sins that otherwise would have to be paid for in purgatory.
1250 AD - Confessions to Roman priests started, and was made mandatory to all people for salvation. The gift of Salvation was just constantly being added to by the Catholic church..
1854 AD - The Immaculate Conception of Mary (not Jesus) was declared as doctrine.
1950 AD - The Assumption (ascension into heaven) of Mary proclaimed as doctrine.

I am really sorry you have been lied to . Exactly what scriptures do you have to reference this- the sacraments and rites of the catholic churchcame partially from paganism and partially from the mind of man.
Very little of what goes on in the Catholic church is actually Biblical

You have been lied to and you have believed the lies. It seems Catholics believe everything their church tells them and never check things out for themselves. Catholics also don't confess their sins to God, as THE BIBLE TELLS US TO DO, but even seem to have a mere man pray for them. Sorry to tell you, but the pope is NOT infallible. That's a crock of crap from the pit of hell. The Catholic church is the Woman that rides the beast, the WHORE of Revelation 17 and 18 and you need to quit listening to lying men and start listening to God's Word.
And don't think you'll find it in any Catholic edition of the bible, nor any of the new versions. They are all corrupt. The KJV is the only English bible not built from corrupted manuscripts. And guess who corrupted them? The Catholic Church, of course! The Church you serve wants to keep you in the dark so it can keep you in bondage. But God says, "Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues." No one can save your soul but God. Your church can't save you. No pope or priest can save you. Only Y'shua hamashiach (Jesus the Christ) can save you. Please read HIS Word and stop listening to the lies of deceitful men who make plenty of money off their sight-seeing apparition chasers. There is no purgatory - it's heaven or hell. Quit giving them your money. The Vatican's got billions. It's no wonder with all of their deceptions.
Check it out, dude. I have nothing to gain personally by telling you a lie, so why would I?
