they are older than what they told you! what do you do?

Talk to them about why they lied to you. Mabye they were afraid you wouldn't like them if you thought they were too old. If you really care about them and you think that they won't lie to you again then their age doesn't matter at all.

I lied about my age once. I did it mainly because no one believes my real age anyways and I thought she wouldn't give me a chance if she knew.
I eventually told her when we got serious and she was upset that I lied to her. But she forgave me as I was right, she wouldn't have given me a chance! I don't know where you live, but in North America, ageism is totally rampant here (we worship young people!) so hear him out and just remember, it is just a number.

That depends on how you feel about the person. And if they have lied about any thing else. this happened to me years ago i guy i was dating told we he was 9 years younger then he really was. It took a little while to rebuild my trust for him but that was the only thing i ever know he lied about. So you have to decide if you want to try to rebuild your trust,or just end it .

Well if ur truthfuly like this guy and he older then u then u shuldnt care i mean u both like each other so take a risk and go with him!!

Is their age way off from what they told you? A year or two wouldnt make any difference to me. It would make me cautious around them to a degree.

break up with them. they shouldnt have lied in the first place but try to talk to them. but if you love them, try to tell them that to tell the truth.
