Most plants except cacti will thrive in the humid atmosphere of the bathroom. Is there a window? Ask at your garden centre.

African Violets love the humidity in bathrooms, just don't get the leaves wet or they rot, water at the base under leaves. They have beautiful flowers, with many different colours..... good luck

It will depend on how much light you have. If you don't have much you might try a Heart Leaf Philodendron or a Boston Fern. They also both do well in humid conditions.
