Yes it does hurt in the long run.
If you are flirting and you knew you were going to move away then you are going to break his heart and yours as well.

well it depends on who you are flirting with ,if your single and flirting with a single it really does not matter but if married and yout flirting with a married man then it could give a wrong singnal to the person and matters could go out of hand and complications, familyand kids get involved, flirting is supposed to be fun, but remember what is fun for one may be pain for some one else
