I'm not exactly sure what you're saying but you said that he "doesn't care" about you more than once. To me that says that you should drop him. It sounds like you're young and it's not exactly a stretch to believe that a teenage guy would just use a girl for sex.
You also seem to put a lot of importance on what his friends think or say. This is between you and your guy, not them.
If I was dating a girl and my friend said that he wanted to **** her, I'd have a big problem with that, assuming that I actually care about the girl.
Move on, find someone who actually cares about you as a person.
