I have a hard lump on my chest that might be a tumor, my body spasms and twitches, I twitch at night, my jaw and legs snap, crackle and pop. Yep I can say God has it in for me. He's doing me in.

I don't think God is out to get you or anyone else. Whatever you have going on in your life- just take it a step at a time. There is no conspiracy everyone has problems. Take whatever problems/issues you are having and find out what you need to do to make it better. Find a counselor or leader in your chosen faith. It'll be okay, really.
Have you seen a doctor? Involuntary spasms could be seizures, tourette syndrone, emotional/stress, a number of things. For your legs, there is that restless leg syndrome but you would really need to see a good doctor. You could also find some form of medical advice online- i look up things all the time when my daughter doesn't feel good.

You're right! God is out to get you saved and brought out of darkness and into his marvelous light!
If you have done wrong, and your conscience is bothering you, you will have no confidence toward God. But if you talk to God (not a man) and tell him everything you can think of that you've done wrong and ask for his forgiveness, he will certainly forgive you. Then your conscious will be clear and you can have confidence toward God.
If you happen to be doing something wrong knowingly (such as committing adultery, or molesting someone, or stealing, or lying) then you have every reason to be paranoid. Cuz Satan is the accuser of the brethren - how much more will he accuse you? And if you are indeed guilty of something, but have no plans to stop your evil actions, then you have no audience with God.
I don't know you - so you may be like some people I've known who do evil, deny it (lie about it) and keep doing it, even trying to convince themselves that they are not doing wrong, as if they could possibly also fool God! I hope for your sake that you are not one of those kind. Cuz those kind of people I have little hope for now or for eternity.

No your problems are mostly due to emotional repression and karma. What goes around comes around. We should not blame God when we do dumb or sinful things and get a reaction. IF you think you did not do any sin. Well you are just not aware of the sin of supporting animal slaughter by eating them. "To slew an ox is as if to slew a man" Isaiah 66:3 go to gospelofthenazirenes for the original bible which Christ taught karma, reincarnation, and vegetarianism. God has it in for no one. The laws of nature are automatic.

If you're referring to the "god" of this wicked world, Satan, you're right... Satan is "out to get us"...[2 Corinthians 4:4] Our Creator accepted the sacrifice of his beloved Son as a perfect human to "erase" the damage done to the human race by Adam...and Eve (under the influence of that wicked 'god'), so certainly He wants only the best for us. - Check Romans 5:12?

Everybody has problems, it doesnt mean that they are necessarily from God. Instead of blaming him, how about asking him for help? Because he is ready to help you and SAVE you.
