k so this kid in my class asked me out, and i told him that i was "in a relationship" (i was lieing...i just didnt want to be mean) he asked me out literally a day after his gf tried to kill herself and broke up with him, plus he is asking me all these weird questions about my "love life" ! he is scaring me alot and wont leave me alone! I dont know why but he is just like one of those guys that you dont want to be left alone with, I told my guy friends about it and they have been watching to make sure he doesnt go near me but it's not working! help! how do i keep him away from me?

this happend to me before. BE TOTALY BLUNT !! the meaner the better. otheerwise he will think there is a chance and keep pursueing you. I had to cuss mine out and tell him everyitnhning I DONT like about him ( even his looks ) and i even told him im going to call the police if he doesnt knock it off. Then I told my dad and he threatend to kill the guy. IM sure that that wont totaly tkae care of it but last thing u wanna do is give him hope.

Honey, you have a nut on your case!
Do the following:
Exercise extreme caution by...
1)Telling everyone of interest to you like all family members, all friends, all acquaintances.
2) Go to school police officers and tell them.
3) Tell all of your teachers
4) VERY IMPORTANT: keep a written recorded account in a spiral notebook of all your physical and verbal interactions with him!
You never know, you might need it in a legal dispute, especially with a crackpot like this guy. He sounds mental, indeed! Not your problem! What IS your responsibility is to exercise extreme caution around him, don't display any emotion around him like fear, anger, sadness, etc. Display an air of control. Use actions. Log all interactions with detail by using dates, times, events, what was said by him/you, etc. The more information, the better. Show it to the school officials. By exercising these measures, you will be playing it smart.

OK here is how to do it. Number one straight up tell the guy that you do not like him. If he does anything creepy, tell him that his behavior is creepy, and use that word. DO NOT ENABLE HIM! Being polite to him could be misconstrued by a damaged person as affection or interest. Do not listen to his problems, do not sympathize with him about his girlfriend, do not give him the time of day. Do not be afraid of being a "bad person". You have every right to date who ever you want, and not be harassed. If he keeps on harassing you, get a restraining order.

Talk to an authoratative figure about this. Overreacting is better than doing nothing. Trust me. Here in St. Louis, this highschool girl was being stalked by a classmate. The guy ended up murdering her by raping her and setting her car on fire with her body inside. Stalking is nothing to play with. Tell somebody, please, because not even friends have enough power sometimes.

You should never communicate with the person you fear. In your efforts to extract information from them, they actually learn more about you than you planned on revealing to them.
On the other hand, you could always tell him you are harboring a fantasy of being " A Black Widow" serial killer one day, but need to practice this before you go official.

I always used to make guys think gross stuff about me or tell them I was a lesbian or just tell them the truth YOUR NOT INTERESTED, I have had a few stalkers and even got to the point of telling them how gross they smelled and hgow ugly they were, they would not give up for over a year, til eventually they move on.... it sucks but at least i have havent had a crazy killer stalker, as of yet, cross my fingers

There are laws to protect you against this, Go to the police keep notes times places, witnesses if possible be incessant with the police and you will prevail.

talk with your friends,family,talk with the principal at the school,or finally report him to the police.But for sure,you need to do something;as soon as possible.Good luck.
