Ghost are demons, demons can take any form, I do not think a God, being almighty would, let the dead hang around, even if they had unfinished business to attend to. Demons are fallen angels and have the same power as Angels do. They like to inhabit places were a traumatic event took place. This is called a territorial stronghold. Usually called hauntings. "Stronghold" Greek strong's fortress, or prison-fortified place. 2 Cor 10:3-5. Remember the story of the Gergesene Demoniacs in Matt 8:28-34. (Mark 5:1-20, Luke 8:26-39) If you’re not religious, you may want to read it. This territory had a stronghold of demons over it, not to mention one man (Personal stronghold-possession) who had a legion of demons in him. Mark 5:9. Jesus freed the man, and in so doing freed the territory of its stronghold/haunting. When the demons went into the swine, the demons did not like the swine, so they drown the swine, this also killed the pigs that the Pagan worshippers used to sacrifice to their God's and killed that business off as well. Jesus healed the land and killed the Pagan worshipping (they used the pigs to sacrifice for food for their god’s) business for a time. My point is, demons are Ghosts and dead people are not.

Well DUH! That's why movies with ghosts and spirits exist right now. One guy didn't just say,"Hey lets create this place called the spirit world in our movie with things called 'ghosts.'" Things like that come from generations of strange phenomenon experience and true stories about haunted places, unless people are just crazy. I personally can say I've only had one so-called ghost experience, and it wasn't even that big of a deal. I could've been hearing things, there could be a possible logical explination.

Even Jesus said to his followers that, "a spirit hath not flesh and bones as ye see me have."
There are many times we are given help from the other side from those spirits God has allowed to help us.
We should beware because the spirits of the one-third of the host of heaven that followed Lucifer and were cast out without bodies came to this earth and seek our physical and spiritual ruin. This is told in the book of Revelation in the King James version of the Holy Bible.

Yes Ghosts are disembodied souls. If someone dies abruptly, (murder, suicide, accident) or their body is not cremated after death. One becomes a ghost. They have no senses to enjoy so they try to take others over. They are incessantly suffering the misery they experienced at the time of death. they are stuck. Yeah, I have. A couple of years ago when I was like 10-ish, my friend and I were playing and he shoved me down and was just standing there when i saw this huge cut spread across his face and he lost his balance and fell to the ground. And I looked around and saw my dog, who was dead, run down the street. It was freaky, but ever since then I've been a believer.

yes. one time, i heard a knock on my door and when i opened it, i saw that the screen door was locked and there was no way anyone could have knocked on the wooden one.
hmm..does that say much at all? anyway, i'm not delirious. and i'm not a psycho. but i really do believe they exist.
