i have no friends and im always by myself. im depressed and dull. and todays my birthday.im not very socialable so i dont go to parties. is your day better.

Well first of all Happy Birthday. Its okay over here could be better. I've been married for 2 and a half years to a man who's not very sociable. So this new years we're just staying home. I know how you feel. I mean everyone's so excited getting ready to go out and party. You should try making new friends that way you wont be so lonely and depressed. Maybe you should make that one of your new years resolutions for 2007. Well happy new year!

Aww, don't feel that way!! You have to be strong and be social. Get out in the real world and explore, discover, you have got nothing to lose. They say people who are depressed die earlier. Don't be like that, trust me it will not do you any good. C'mon there is so much to do, stop being cooped up in a cage!! If you lost someone or something and you are depressed that is wrong. Don't cry over what you lost, instead smile about what you had! Be free, explore the world, make friends, do what you want to do!! This is what life is all about! Go out, talk to people at school, make friends, go places! DON'T MAKE YOUR LIFE A DULL ONE. WORST THING TO DO. HAVE FUUUUUN AND BE POSITIVE AT ALL TIMES. No, my day is about the same. Happy Birthday. I'm depressed too, but my husband is overseas and this whole holiday thing just sucks right now. Today was a really bad day. I think I cried most of it... lol. Don't worry, I wasn't invited to a party either. Oh well... there is always tomorrow.

Dont feel bad your not the only one! I tend to be the same way. I kinda wish i was out having fun with people but i dont really have anyone to hang out with so i get stuck at home and my social skills are poor too. Happy Birthday and also Happy New Years to you. First allow me to wish you happy birthday. How old are you? If you're a teenager you need to open up more and mixed around. How about going to a mall and see if you may meet up with your friends or neighbhours, etc..To be sociable needs skills. Unless you practice the skills otherwise you'll always be in your own self.

not too much here i have someone and it still is not good. i am not happy and well he is not socialable so there for we dont go to parties either.. this is his only downfall he is extremly shy and doesnt like meeting new people makes it hard for me. but i am just having a party of 1

am not very sociable either but that doesn't mean am alone..I've got my family(brothers)....and I try to entertain my self at home..so maybe u should try to make friends on-line ...or u should try to talk with your family at home...but don't put yourself so down...just find something u like to do..I wish I could be at your side right now..It really bugs me..when people feel that way..And I don't like the way your new year starts...don't worry u'll find some good friends some day that will accept u the way u r.God Bless....
