Call the law enforcement agency which recieves 911 calls in Hall County, GA and make your request.

It is unlikely that you will be provided much information because 911 calls are confidential under most state laws --although a few exeptions exist. Generally, you would have to be the person who initiated the call, but even then there are no guarantees.

Another example of an exception would be if you were charged with a crime which was reported by the 911 call. You would then be entitled to get a copy of the 911 audio if you or your attorney made a discovery demand and requested it.

All calls into the 911 center for Hall County are recorded.

If they are needed for a law case, you can file a motion with the court for discovery of evidence to get this evidence from them.

In the state of Louisiana, any chance at getting it would only be if your attorney requests it. But, you will have to have a legal reason for wanting it.
Once a request is made, the office will generally have to run the request past their lawyers to get their approval.
Getting the tape is NO quick process. So don't wait til the last minute.
