You say he is a new boyfriend. I have to ask you is he ready for a commitment with you? Can you truly commit your feelings to him? If not it is best to keep him as a friend. Your ex hasn't contacted you so evidently you moved on with out thinking of all of the mixed feelings you were having. If your old boyfriend doesn't want to be with you and your new boyfriend isn't long term material then you may want to ask him if there is anything between the two of you. Either way your heart is not in it. You may end up back to how you feel now. Better to keep friends and not date seriously.

Is your ex still an ex? If your ex is available, then go for it!
You don't know what to do? Look at your real choices:
Tell your current boyfriend that it is over, especially if you think you don't "want him." That sounds cold.
Find out if your ex is available. If your ex is not available....then there is your answer.

maybe it is because you haven't gotten over your ex boyfriend. how would you feel if you found out that your boyfriend can't think about anything else but his ex girlfriend? that would be really wrong and it's not fair to either of you. you make the decision what is in your heart.

Start meeting new men, and be honest to the new boyfriend that you desire to date other men as well. Admit ur feelings u have 4 ur ex, that'll scare him off

if you're trying to use this new guy to make the old guy jealous, it probably wont work b/c guys think weird and they arent smart enough to figure out reverse psychology...
if you dont like the new guy, break up with him (its bad to mislead a guy) and tell your old guy... its worth giving a shot.. things only happen once, and they happen for a reason too

Guess it's high time to break off. You don't want boyfriend's feelings to grow too deep because that'll hurt him real bad. If you don't think you want him that means you DON'T want him.
