its so unusuall sometimes when wake up i get this horrible pain on my any side of stomach on the lower side and when i strecth or walk fast it hurts bad only when i bend down it feels better

Call the emergency room and talk to a nurse. They can help you determine if you need to go in immediately (could be a sign of appendicitis, which could kill you if it bursts). If they don't think you need to go to ER, find an Urgent Care office that is open tomorrow, or call your doctor's office on Tuesday and let them know you have an emergency and need to get in and seen by your doctor on Tuesday.

Have you been checked to see if your appendix is healthy? There are lots of things that could cause this pain and only a doctor can give you a proper answer.

I would get it checked by a doctor. Right lower quadrant pain could be appendicitis (which needs prompt attention).
