Yes here is the answer the world has kept hidden from you-ready? STOP EATING SO MUCH AND GET OFF YOUR BUTT. instead of getting the ice cream during a commercial break, get to the frige and drink Juice alot of it or water is even better with lemon in it. drink one glass during the commercial and one when you sit your bottom back in the chair. Then when you gotta go Pee hold it until the last minute and then SPRINT TO THE TOILET!!!!
You do that for a week and even if you dont lose weight youll need to buy more toilet paper and then jog to the store buy the toilet paper the really BIG pack 48 or 96 roll pack and jog home with it! You wont even have to stop at red lights-A large person with a huge tp pack running? I mean 2+2 says oh man that persons gotta go bad! hell you may even get a police escort!!

If you do not drink enough water it will hurt your ability to lose weight. Drinking more than needed does not help you. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event.
Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

ive lost a great deal amount of weight
i didnt use any diet pills or anything
the thing that did it for me was cardio
there is no FAST way to do anything
it will take patience and time to achieve you target weight
the most important thing is to not give up and keep trying
eat healtier and include more fiber in your diet
try taking up running
or anything that will make you sweat
and do that on a regular basis [ that means no skipping]
start out slow
and increase slowly
dont try to do anything high impact right away
that will only make you tiered and will not help you lose weight
it even might backfire
so keep trying
slow and steady wins the race
dont rush it, and be patient

you need to be disciplined in what you want, there is no quick road to good health. if your serious about losing weight you need to be prepared to put in a lot of hard work, but also be realistic if you are a size 22 then expecting to be a size 10 in six months is not going to work. likewise if youre a size 8 losing weight will be detrimental to your health and wellbeing, so ask yourself do you need to lose weight or do you just need to tone up a few flacid muscles, as both require very different training regimes. try not to get too caught up with "fashionable diets" as they rarely work long term and dont give you the long term achievements that you are looking for making you feel guilty and lowering you self esteem rather than building you up which i believe is what you are realy looking for.

Change your eating habits to include apples, applesauce, tomato juice, green peppers, celery, lo-fat yogurt, fat free milk, 2 or 3 fat free pretzels (but then there's the salt), refried beans, green beans, fresh peaches, lean turkey lunchmeat, lo fat cottage cheese, whole grain brown rice, plain popcorn, baked squash, egg substitute, lots of water. Each time you take a bite of food, take a few drinks of water to wash it down and help you feel fuller.
Also try doing something active for 20 minutes or more each day even if it is just marching in place, dancing, walking around the room, squats or that sort of thing.
Good luck to you!

You don't need to change your eating habits. Just RUN everyday. For starters, just go two miles without stopping. Soon you will find results if you RUN at least 5 times a week.
