What I'm doing for my New Year's resolutions is to pick a specific goal. For instance, I want to lose weight this year. Therefore one of my resolutions is to lose 38 pounds by September 1st.
What I would recommend is to pick for omething that is doable for you, but yet won't put you in a situation that if you miss it one time, the resolution is over.

how about something realistic that you can live with. Do you have any habits that you would like to quit? Or maybe there's a habit that you would like to start? I'm sure there is something you would consider doing differently. Good luck. Happy New Year
