Just ask him! The worst thing that he'll say is no.
Or, if you are so inclined, try to make out with him, and if he follows through, you have your answer!

Why not ask him out. If he likes you then great, he'll probably say yes, if he says no, and he's not a jerk, then it's not the end of the world, and I'm sure you can still be friends. :)

you can try hinting him a bit..i know that helped because i tried hinting to a guy that had a crush on me and after tht..he confessed! perhaps this guy needs a little push..
