www.dogster.com is a fun place but do not join in on the forums if you want to give your opinion or they will ban you. Seriously, if you use an opinion they do not like, they kick you off. Otherwise, you can showcase your dogs on a nice page and meet other dog lovers and their pups.

if you just want to make an album, you can use www.webshots.com. You'll have to sign up and create a user name and password, but others won't need to just to view the pictures.
