Yes it does. My mom is a stay at home mom and she was always stressed all the time. She was always doing laundry, bills, dishes, you name it. But then we got a puppy a few months ago. And since the puppy stays at home my mom feels a lot better because she has something there with her. And it gives her something to do besides chores. She takes the puppy on walks and all that stuff so she gets fresh air and has fun with the puppy. Now she is more relaxed and not so stressed. Try getting a pet. It doesnt have to be a dog, you could get a hamster or a bird. Anything to keep you company. Or try planning on different things to do with friends. My mom goes to the movies with her friend everynow and then or she goes to lunch with one. Different things like that. Also try getting into a group that meets every month. Like a bunko group, church group, make up group that sells make up. Those will also help you socialize. Just get your self involved in something so you arent cooped up in the house. That is probably why you are stressed. Or just when your at home just plan a day out of each week or set aside a few hours every day just for you. Take a bubble bath, watch a movie, scrap book, read a book, do something that is relaxing or that you enjoy. This will help relieve your stress. I hope this helps you out. Good luck and happy holidays.

Well, I don't exactly have U'r problem but about the skin yes I do. Stress cause pimple not acne but pimple can cause acne. Anyway pimple or acne still make you stress. So i think you should is get some stress therapy to get rid of the stress (i recommended Paul Mckenna Cd's, it's up to you.) Then you can used some soap free face cleaning like Avène products. That's what i did and it help. Good Luck!

it probably depends on your family. i have a lot of stress but that's because i have 6 siblings. if your family is having issues with money or something, that'll do it. but i don't know if being at home just by itself would do it.

I've answered one of your other questions. Why are you posting questions on the same thing over and over?
If you are using drugs, it's time to get help.
