From what I hear....you can not only lick bean soup but you can suck it too...
However, vegetable soup is far more delightful, but that's all I've heard from my William.

Bean soup is one of the oldest, most nutricious and delicious soups in the world. However, a lot depends upon the beans that are used. Do not use kidney beans, garbonzo beans (chick peas). A standard white bean with molasses added is fantastic and very sweet. Browne sugar is great. Only crush half the beans and leave the rest whole.
