I know I have already asked a shoe question lately but now I have decided to also get into aerobics as well as walking and going to the gym.

I will be doing aerobics from a video 'Aerobics Oz Style'.

Thanks.

Runners (which I already have) or crosstrainers?

i was advised by a running store that running shoes, are better for you than cross trainers. They have way more padding and stability than cross trainers. i personally love the Brooks Addiction shoes for the gym. Great cushioning and they don't let my ankles move side to side.
