The active ingredient in most hand sanitizers is alcohol, so sniffing hand sanitizer would be similar to sniffing alcohol. Just smelling the fumes would probably isn't fatal in any way, but I wouldn't recommend doing it, especially not in excess. Physically breathing it in would be worse. Sniffing anything with chemicals in it isn't good. Why do it? You'll end up with bad circulation
