Say there is a lady you can't have (right now) but you find extremely attractive and enjoy flirting with. You have asked her before if she has a boyfriend and gotten a "no." If you notice her talking on her cell phone do you wonder if it's to a guy? What if you see her say hello to a guy or another guy says hello to her? What thoughts are running through your mind? Do men typically shy away or amp up the flirtation to make sure she's still available?

Talking on the cell – nope, she could be talking to her dad

Saying hello to another guy – nope, being friendly towards others is okay

See if she’s still available – I would ask her out.

I can't answer for every man but if it were me in the situation i may feel jealous depending on how much i like her. If its somebody i really like and i see her flirting with another guy or another guy flirting with her id feel a little jealous but i wouldnt do anything about it. I believe if you like somebody you should take initiative and tell them how you feel, you cant be jealous of something when you havent even come forward about it. She has the right to talk to other guys and vis versa.

It depends how secure the man is. If he is confident, he will not worry too much who the girl talks to. The secure man will probably flirt more and show you who is boss.

The insecure type might shy away.
