I heard that when you have leg aches...a bar of soap placed near your feet under the covers at night helps. Is this true?

I heard that too; but I can't remember what type of soap it is. Usually leg pain is a sign that you are vitamin deficient (B and D). You may want to try taking a multi-vitamin. I'd also try an electronic blanket. The heat may reduce the pain as well.

i have heard that as well. The local paper carries a syndicated columnist doctor guy and people write in all the time swearing it is the only thing that helped.

wel actually I tried it and it did help so it's kinda true for me and my 3 friends who did it 2
