No lacey not all dentists accept medical/medicaid. They have to be a participating provider. Because Medicaid, and in your state Medical pays on a lower fee scale many dentists will not participate because they can't really make a profit. I work in an office that accepts Medicaid and my boss does so because he wants to help those parents that can't afford dental insurance for their kids still have access to dental care. We don't accept any adults anymore because we have so many kids that need our help. We also file regular insurance and have different payment options for those that don't have insurance.

apparently not in my town. I have medi-cal and some dentists and doctors do not accept it unless you are already established with them before you started recieveing medi-cal and even then some tell you you need to start seeing someone else which i think is wrong. Why should the less fortunate be punished

i'm a dentist. maximum dentists are useful human beings. call the surgeon, clarify the region, and probability is he/she could be extra suitable than prepared to take a height at your toddler's mouth to be sure if there is something that demands therapy. do no longer difficulty, however. At 9 months, the person tooth have yet bobbing up yet. Any harm to the front tooth, no count if minor or extreme, isn't at risk of have any long-term effects. If I have been analyzing your toddler, the only subject i might evaluate for therapy are bone fractures or lacerations requiring closure.
