well I am well acquainted with a person who loves vegetable soup and she says the preferable way to enjoy the velvety vegetable soup is the smooth variety, with a hint of bean.
it appears veg is out of alotted answers for the evening so I will be taking her place.
William won't mind.

You have several possibilities.
You can boil up a pot (cover it with a lid to keep the nutrients in) of your favorite veggies, then discard (strain out) the veggie bits to leave a very healthy but absolutely "bit-free" broth. (You can also use this as "stock" in a variety of recipes. For example, make gravy out of it or cook rice in it...)
Or, you can again boil up everything (still lid-covered) and then puree (blend) it to a thicker broth, adding cream at the end to make it richer. If the blending doesn't make it smooth enough for your tastes, put the broth through a sieve to get out any last lumps.
Enjoy!

properly in case you're making veggie soup you incredibly do no longer choose for to apply fowl broth - it in simple terms isn't vegetable anymore. they sell vegetable soup base in the shop yet attempt all the above strategies yet do no longer use the fowl bullion this is packed with salt... Use a tomato base crushed tomatoess or tomatoe puree. you could upload this to the veggie soup broth. yet once you utilize the tomatoes positioned a splash basil in to sweeten the tomatoes. make certain you utilize celery too and carrots they upload distinctive style. good success.

I prefer smooth veg and cream soups myself!
You could run through a blender if you don't want chunks.

but sometimes, on cold winter days when theres not much in the fridge and all you got is veggies .. by eating them chunky, it fills you up more i reckon.
