The guy I'm with now is my first EVERYTHING....first date, first boyfriend, first kiss, first "I love you". I'm not any of his first's though which makes me feel like I'm not special to him. I told him how I felt after he asked persistantly. He became very very upset at me which puzzles me greatly. He said I'm the most special women in his life but how am I suppose to believe him? If I lov e him so deeply because he is my first am I crazy to think he doesn't feel that way about his first? Please offer me some advice because Im not good with this relationship thing. Thanks!

Your first everything is always very powerful!
Even though the both of you are young, he has had girlfriends before you and felt very strongly about...and that is fine...What IS IMPORTANT, is waht he said that YOU are the MOST SPECIAL WOMAN in is life...and I believe that you can believe him, just because he had others before you, does not lessen what he feels for you! If he did not feel this way, he would not be with you...

Cheer up girl, trust me on this one. I've been in the reverse situation from you, my fiance isn't my first love and even though my first love will always hold a spot in my heart that doesn't mean that i don't love my fiance more than i've ever loved anyone. If he says he loves you and that you are the most special woman in his life then trust him. Give him your whole heart and he'll give just as much back to you if he's telling the truth about loving you so much. But if you really want to test him then tell him that if he wants to be with someone else then he's free to go. If he leaves then he was just a jerk but if he stays then girl he's a keeper.

im not really good with this whole relationship thing either but i would say that u should talk to him more about it. my boyfriend now is my first everything too and we been together for a little over 5 months and i told him that since i was never in a relationship b4 im not good at this whole thing and i told him that if im doing something that bothers u plz tell me. and so far it has worked out. he has been in a relationship b4 so i wasnt his first everything either.

Everyone has a first love. All that matters is he loves you now. Don't compare yourself to her or how he felt about her. You are the new love in his life. Make each other happy. He sees something in you he loves. What more could you ask for?

It doesn't matter if you're his first. Does he love you now?! That's what matters. It's great that you get to be with your first everything and it's working. Why wreck it with such stupid stuff? Why wouldn't you believe him if he tells you that you're the most special? Yes, You are CRAZY!

nope because just like how the old saying goes "rather to be the last than to be the first" boys will be boys, one point or another they'll flirt but as long as he's yours, he's honest and tells you that you're the the most special one, just enjoy the moment. don't worry yourself too much.

i went through the same, almost the same exact story. it does bother me a little to know that i'm not his first, but i know that now he cares about me and only me. he's ex is the past and i'm his future and that's how i look at it. (i don't know if this helps you any, just believe me enjoy your time with him don't stay upset over this, it's not good for either of you)

You know these days its hard to really know if you're the love of their life... but the only real way to know is by asking Jesus and asking him if he's the right one and if not to just push him out of your life... Trust God that He will work it all out for you.. just trust and have faith...
Don't search though hunny, because He will bring him to you if you truly love, trust, and have faith in God.. its that easy..
Even if you don't know that you're special to him, you're special to me and to God.. you seem sweet...

I am 34, so if I was his first love......we would have problems:-) Just relax and enjoy this man. He is pizzed because you are being analytical and are not trusting him st what he says and shows you.Does he treat you right? Then honey enjoy it for the moment. You can run him away by not trusting him.

don't worry girl i am going through the same. my bf is my frist everything. i am like his 5th gf. and yes he has told someone else that he loved them. but it dosen't bother me cause i know he loves me so much more. i mean he may have loved the other girl but i look into his eyes and know he cares for me so deeply. the other girl has even talked to him sence they broke up and when he was with me. she fully offered herself to him and he said no. now i have a guy with self controle and we have a very open reltionship with eachother. we talk about everything including ex gf's. i have no problem talking about it and he even finds that werid. it dosen't bother me though cause i like to knwo what he has been through and i know i am the one important to him now. i hope that helps.
