Let's see...the following questions may go through my mind if I notice:
1) "why is she smiling, maybe someone she likes is behind me."
2) "she must like my package, even at the size it's at. Cool."
3) "god I hope I'm not erecting right now."
4) "I wonder why she's smiling so much, she's better looking than I am."
5) "hots at first sight? maybe. I wonder if I should ask her out?"
6) "This hot woman is smiling at me? Wow, this has got to be my lucky day."

Yeah we notice. If the chick is hot, I usually start to hyperventilate and my heart rate goes through the roof so I feel like I'm having a heart attack, but then I'm really smooth like that.

No. Some girl was tripping over herself checking me out and I didn't even know that's what it was untill my dad told me she was checking me out.
Unless, of course, I'm just stupid. Which I probably am.

i have a girlfriend, but im very insecure, so when i walk past a girl and notice shes still looking back, I guess its pretty flattering although i would never act on it.
