Sylvia Browne is a big fraud. A friend of mine was her publicist for a while - Sylvia refused to get into the car they sent her at the airport because she could 'hear the cows screaming' from the leather. Except it wasn't real leather.
Check out www.randi.org to see more about her. Psychics don't exist - that website has info about testing done on psychics. No one has ever been able to demonstrate psychic abilities when they couldn't have been cheating.

I love Sylvia Browne, she is great and all these people who think Psychics come from THE DEVIL or something stupid needs to get up with the times. Sylvia is always talking about God and the otherside. She is real and has proved it over and over with her high accuracy rate. I watch her all the time and I also buy her books. James Randi is just trying to gain fame from Sylvia, she told him a few years back to watch his heart, and what recently happened, he had a heatattack. Point proven

No, it's not something to be taken on faith. Yes, I had a reading once but no revelations. I would abso-freeken-lutely LOVE to see some evidence but, alas, the psychics have a track record equivalent to random chance.
If you do a little homework you'll find stories by journalists that track the predictions of high profile psychics and they aren't impressive reports either.

I saw Derren Brown being given a professional endorsement by some of the most important psychics in the US. They said he was one of the most talented psychics they had ever met. He is a self-admitting complete fraud (but a very good one).
In a word no.

Not if you are a true Christian.
God's word and the principals found therein condemn astrology. Did God allow his people to consult professional foretellers of events? Deuteronomy 18:10-12 tells us, There should not be found in you anyone who employs divination, a practicer of magic or anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer, or one who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of eventrs or anyone who inquires of the dead. For everybody doing these things is something detestable to Jehovah.

I believe in Sylvia Brown, I've had my tarot cards read, but it seems to take a long while for something to happen to me, I mean I use to do the tarot readings on myself and it took a year or two for what was good to come to me.

Heh... that's ironic. Just yesterday I saw a sign on the side of a public road about a psychic reading and I told my mother I don't believe in psychics... she agrees with me.

I've never had one done on me before, I've read my own tarot cards and they are rather accurate.. I do believe in psychics though, I think every person has a gift from God.. But that gift depends on who you are as a person..
