my mother has gotten these leg cramps while sleeping twice. the first time she struggled to get up out of bed, she fell broke her tailbone and passed out from terrific pain. she got them again the other night. they are so bad if she tries to move they get worse. she says their like rolling pains in the groin area and upper leg down to the knee area she says it's like aliens are in her leg moving around. my mother can take pain but not like this. she said this is enogh to cause a heartattack, she was asking to die. her regular MD. said it's a bad pain, but didn't know anything else. her heart doctor didn't seem to know of that kind of pain. has anybody experienced anything like this.
