1. Honesty...because without it there would be nothing.
2. Humor.....to laugh at yourself when need be. To find something funny when everyone else is saying 'why me'.
3. Free.....to show emotion and not hide behind modern machoness, some one to cry with, and laugh with and share feelings with.
4. Responsible.....maturity to act as an adult and not expect others to take care of them all their lives.
5. Unselfish....able to put others needs and feelings before his own sometimes. Not a push over but not about me me me.

The 5 qualities of my husband that make me happy I'm married to him include:
*he is a Man of Integrity-- he walks the walk, talks the talk, is reliable and honest
*he is loving and kind-- he has a strong faith in God and models himself on the kind of love that we read about in the Bible
*he is strong and disciplined- he walks the dog in the morning even though I know he'd rather sleep in; he doesn't jump to conclusions-- gives people the benefit of the doubt
*he is responsible for his own health and wellbeing-- I don't have to nag him about eating properly or giving up drugs, or whatever-- not an issue-- he is a vegan and into exercise and looking after himself
*he is respectful and egalitarian-- he never makes me feel like I'm not his equal in all things (except he is better at numbers than I am-- but he states that I'm better at the relationship stuff).
*he has a great sense of humor.... whoops... I guess that is 6.

1. Financially secure. Not rich, just able to support himself with a little left over.

Humor, Confidence, Honesty, Compassion and Skillful enough to earn a living in any situation to provide for a family.
Humor is not being silly or stupid acting..but humor is his ability to laugh and find the fun of everyday life.
