He flirts with her all the time and she likes him alot but she doesn't know how to see or tell if he likes her back cuz you know guys these days they are all flirty and so you don't know if that means that they like you or not what do you think?

these things are really a lot simpler then they seem I mean you just ask or try asking for a number if she doesnt have it or more better ask him to go somewhere and see if he goes for it or how he acts to it, start with something small if you want like I dont know what young people do today but you can think of something and if there flirting with everyone all the time I dont think that really says to much about them or who they'll be with so you might want to consider that to, Good Luck Kim

Ask him out on a group date, like with a group of friends to the movies. Sit next to him and see how he reacts. If he goes for that, eventually you can ask him out on a one-on-one date. That's the simplest and most direct way of determining his attraction. Simple, but effective!

i have the same problem, but im totally ignoring it. he has flirted with so many girls that i don't think i should like him anymore.
so for your friend's problem, has this guy flirted with many girls, or is it only with your friend? if it is only with your frined, i would think that she would be safe to approach him by himeself and ask if he wanted to catch a movie with her and some others. she shouldn't rush into anything too quickly. however, if he turns out he really isn't interested, your friend needs to have a snappy comeback ready as not to embarass herself. like, if she invites him to a movie and he is like "what is your problem, i don't like you!!??" then she could just say, "ok! i just wanted to see if you wanted to go to a movie for fun! if you don't want to fine. don't worry, ill deal with it." then she walks away and starts a converstation with you like nothing has happened. that is what i would do anyway.
however, if this guy flirts with a lot of girls, i don't think he is worth your friend's attention, because he is very immature if he does that. ok, there's my advice.

Most niccas just want females pussy. Excuse my language so tell her to be careful with those suspicious flirty kind, but she should be straight up with him and say "i don't want you leading me on, do you want me or not". That is just me, i like to get down to the point

I'd like to tell you that there's a way to tell beyond just asking him, but there isn't. If there was, I'd have patented it and sold it to men years ago.
Really though, have her ask him. Maybe he does, and maybe he doesn't, but if he doesn't like her (and is unlikely to change his mind), she needs to spend her time looking at other guys, right?
