I believe what I believe because Christianity has brought me peace in my heart. I was not raised in a church or with any religion, I know what it is like to seek and look for answers, I have asked so many questions in my life. But untill I personally met Jesus in my walk, those questions were never answered in a way that left me at peace. To anyone who is at peace with the answers they have found, I say well done. To anyone is is still seeking, I say keep looking, you'll know when you have arrived at the answer you need.

Of course everyone feel his or her religion is the right one.
Everyone has the right to say that and to prove it without being angry or acting as a bigot and trying to attack and insult other people's believe. Just state your facts, and let everyone make a decision according to his conscience.

People always say that there are many roads leading to Rome.
It might be true about the roads on earth. But Jesus says that He is the Way, The Truth and the Life, and that there is no other way by which man can be saved.
It is interesting that the Chinese greatest philosopher, Lao Zi, has the same statements about God Almighty who created all things.

Something mysteriously already made, Existing (living) before heaven and earth in the silence and the void, Standing alone and unchanging, Ever present in constant (cyclic) motion. Perhaps He is the source of myriads of things, I do not know His name. Call Him Dao, For lack of a better word,
I call Him "the Almighty."
-- Gia FuFeng and Jane English, Translation of Lao Zi, Tao Te Ching (Toronto: Vintage Books, RandomHouse,Inc. 1989),Ch.25,p.255.

"Dao" 道, or sometimes spelled as "Tao", means "Way,Path, Word, Doctrine, Principle, or Truth"

That is indeed very interesting because the Bible says the same thing about "The Word" who created everything, and Who claimed that He is the Way, The Truth and The Life, and that no man comes to the Father but by Him.

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. (John 1:1-3)

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. (John 14:6)

(Matthew 7:13,14). explains Even though, A lot of people believe thatALL RELIGIONS are good, they say;"These are simply different roads leading to the same place" If this were true, your religion or ways would not matter, for it would mean that all religions are acceptable to God no matter what. But are they?Jesus Christ did not teach that All religions are simply roads that lead to the same place of salvation In his famous sermon on the mount He said,"Go in through the narrow gate; because broad and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and many are the ones going in through it.whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it."(Matthew7:13,14)
So Jesus did not say that everybody was right or finding salvation but that most people are on the wrong roadwhich is the one leading to destruction and that there are only two roads one leading to destruction wide and spacious meaning virtually anything goes on that road and the other leading to life is narrow and cramped and few people are on that road because it is not an easy ropad but it takes effort to follow itSo because the people traveling on the wide and spacious road choose their own ways and the wide easy road saying and believing that all religion is simply a different way to God they fail to worship God in the right waymost people are on the broad and spacious road that really leads away from God and into destruction Ye it is possible to be right and there are people who are on the right road and are right but there are only a small minority of people, who have, found the right, road, and will receive salvation! So what road are you on? And how can you be sure? Are you following in Jesus footsteps closely, and doing God's Will? Do you know what God's Will is?

When you feel that your religion is the right one, you are feeling that your religion is the right one FOR YOU. They are either feeling that their religionis the right one for them, or they have been deceived or brainwashed into going out and getting more converts so that the collection plate in their church will have more money.

I feel "in my heart" that my religion is the right one...for me.

I tell others if their religion has brought them the same joy and peace as mine has to me, it is not for me to judge if they are right or wrong.

Good point. All religions are essentially the same. They all claim you need faith.

If you believe in your heart that the path you are on is the right one it is...I personally believe there is more than one path to the afterlife and that there is one God. I believe that "GOD" sent teachers (Jesus, Buddha, Ali, etc...) to show us the way but basically that they all go to the same place. Your spiritual path is yours to make your own, and so is everyone elses.

I think they are wrong. Its like saying that tomatoes are fruits vs veggies. They are fruit whether or not the veggie-heads say otherwise. Some may have some fancy arguments saying that they are vegetables. But ultimately they are fruit.

So it is with Christianity and other faiths. God is either Christ or he's Buddha or whatever. I say he's Christ and I'm damn sure of it. Hindus are great people but just wrong.

I dont. Everyone is entitled to believe what they want. I just happen to believe in Christianity. My own version of it but whatever. I dont argue with anyone. I listen and reason. I am open to all things because God said that in the end all will be revealed. If i am stiff I will miss His lessons.
