Not automatically. But if his body language says he is, or I noticed him staring/looking at me before he approached, then I would assume he was attracted.

well sometimes it does mean a guys attracted to you and sometimes it doesn't usually when a guy ask for a girls name he just wants to get to know you cause he wants to start a conversation with you which usually leads to a relationship if you end up liking each other.

No. I'm not conceited. But if he's been looking at me for a while, just glancing or making eye contact, then maybe. One time a guy asked my friends name and then asked her to introduce him to me. Talk about icy..lol
