I put meat tenderizer, salt, and pepper on it and put it in a baking pan. Add some water, cover and bake at 350 - 375 degrees. You might have to add some water during baking. When almost done, add potatoes that are quartered, some peeled carrots, and a sliced onion. Bake until they are tender. After its done, you can make gravy with the drippings by heating the drippings on the top of the stove and add corn starch mixed with a little water to make kind of a runny mixture, add this to the drippings and continue stirring until thickened. It is very delicious. Good luck!!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU5r3
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

In a crockpot with vegetables, (carrot, potatoes, bell pepper, and onions) some beef stock or broth, and salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook for 10 hours or overnight. Enjoy.

The best way I have ever prepared on is in my crock pot. I put a can of cream of mushroom soup, a can of cream of celery soup, and a package of beef and onion soup mix, and one can of water. Put the meat in, and turn it to high. I usually let mine cook all day, and it just falls apart when I take it out, and it makes a wonderful gravy while it cooks! Good luck!
