I really need some help on this one! I can't go to my parents for this...
Does anyone else do it? Is it normal? Is it harmful? I have heard something like this before but don't remember what it is called? Is it a condition or a "Fettish"? Any support or advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

There is nothing wrong with wanting to be pampered.
I think you’re looking for an accepting, loving, person – and being diapered by ‘mommy’ fulfills the association.

You may have a diaper fetish, this is included in a subculture of Infantilism called Diaper Lovers. If u have problems going to the restroom it is not wrong to have 2 wear diapers ..... babies wear it and old people 2 ..........nothing wrong with it ............Don't act nervous .....if u think ure parents would laugh then talk to a close friend about it ............u don't have to tell ure parents yet if u feel that uncomfortable.........

Do you just wear them? Or use them? If its just the outfit, then let your freak flag fly. Its a little strange but no different from any other roleplay. But if you are actually using the bathroom in them, then its not a good thing.

There is nothing wrong with wearing them. It will not harm anyone. You can do it while you are at work. It might dampen your sex life, but if you find the right person, sheer joy.

well if you feel confortable doing it do it if you think its imbarrising do it at your home and not outside also its not harmful its probally offers the same risk of regular underwear.
